During the 2007-2008 school year, JCCC was proud to play host to a few school fieldtrips. Students were invited to spend the morning, the afternoon, or the full day at JCCC, attending a variety of workshops on Chinese culture (Calligraphy, The Art of Tea-Drinking, Paper-Cutting, etc.), cooking a traditional lunch for themselves, watching a dance performance, and enjoying the first-hand experiences of Chinese nationals! Whether your child is in Elementary, Middle, or High School, a fieldtrip to our Cultural Center is great exposure for a Chinese language class, a class that is covering East Asia as a topic, or an after-school club.
